Àrachas Coaching is led by Karina Macleod, an experienced social entrepreneur, business advisor and paralegal. Since 2010, Karina has supported people and organisations across Scotland’s social economy, bringing together practical insight, legal understanding and real‑world experience.

Through a blend of coaching, consultancy and skills‑based training, we help you build the clarity, capability and confidence needed to take meaningful action. We also offer affordable paralegal services.

Karina is also the founder and CEO of Àrachas³ Ltd, a social enterprise that strengthens the third sector through governance support, legal structure guidance and capacity‑building services.
